Norma's cookies are Chocolate Chip. The Utah State Cookies have the oatmeal and chocolate and PB chips.

UM...I'm not so sure out my PB chocolate chip cookies now that PB has been recalled..I won't be offended if you don't eat them!

I love this idea, and I'm so excited to enjoy all of the cookies. I'm especially looking forward to the ice cream roll. Thanks, Angel..you are great!

Worry not about the PB. The stuff in question was sold in bulk to large facilities so unless it came out of a 55 gallon drum I think we are all safe!

I've had the chocolate chip cookies it they were super good! I love this idea and I'm so glad we did it. I hope my chocolat white chip cookies are good. I didn't have any left over to tast so let me know if they were good or not.

I put the choco chip cookies in the fridge to cook and none of them made it to the oven. Yes, I admit I ate an entire dozen balls of cookie dough by myself in less than 2 days. Delicious!

I prefer the ice cream roll in mint chip but I thought it would be a good valentine dessert so I did pink (strawberry) except one person got mint chip.

For Kelly-
ICE CREAM CAKE ROLL

4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. cocoa
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
Ice cream, your favorite flavor
powdered sugar

Line flat cake pan with greased waxed paper. Combine first 6 ingredients until well mixed. Spread onto waxed paper. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Loosen cake from pan and dump on dish towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. Remove waxed paper. Sprinkle cake with powdered sugar. Roll up cake and towel together while cake is hot to form the curved cake. Cool completely. Unroll and spread softened ice cream on top of cake. Reroll cake and freeze.
