so, i noticed that cooking these from frozen the fat that would normally turn to oil, turned to a sort of brown jellyish stuff (sounds disgusting i know). i was able to spoon most of it off the top of the sauce. regardless of the jelly mess, they tasted delicious. cooked about 1 hr. 15 min from frozen.
I defrosted these in the microwave and then cooked them for 30 min. They weren't completely cooked, so I cooked them in the microwave a little longer. Keith loved them.
Welcome to our new blog! This is designed to be a place where we can chat about the meals we make together. SO, leave comments about how you like them, how you cooked them if different than instructed, and what you added to make them extra yummy. Also, we can use it as a place to discuss future dates for meal production and the recipes we want to try.
