We did eat with shredded cheese and sour cream. They were delicious. I loved coming home from a long day of cooking, and having dinner already ready to go! Awesome!!
3 large chicken breasts 1 can drained blackbeans 1 jar salsa (we use the small pace or mormon salsa)
mix it all up and cook it all day in the crocker. then it will look soupy until you shread the meat but it soaks it up and makes a ton of delicious chicken for tortillas. this makes enough for 1 dinner, and lunch, and maybe dinner again for my people.
Welcome to our new blog! This is designed to be a place where we can chat about the meals we make together. SO, leave comments about how you like them, how you cooked them if different than instructed, and what you added to make them extra yummy. Also, we can use it as a place to discuss future dates for meal production and the recipes we want to try.
