Beef & Cheese Quesadillas

Thaw meat mixture, place inside tortillas & bake at 450 for 8 minutes or until lightly brown

We had these last night. My sack made 5 quesdillas. I cooked them just as the recipe said too. So Yummy. Keith even likes these. I also like it because it's fast. 8 minutes cooking time.

This was not my favorite, even though i thought it would be my fav. the other people in my house loved them, but i felt they were a bit greasy. i am not sure if it called for the ground beef to be rinsed, but if it didn't, i might like it better if it were.

We loved these! We covered them with the green salsa from the cannery and everyone ate every bite. I guess I will not tell Meggie that I plan to feed the babies the meat and rice tomorrow for lunch! I vote we do this one again.

We used these as a appetizer when we had company and we were waiting for dinner to cook. We made 2 overstuffed quesadillas and dipped them in salsa. I loved them
