Speak now or forever hold your peace.....at least for another month

We need to make a decision on the menu. It sounds like it is unaminious that the pizza braid and the lasagna are on the menu. Did anyone have a chance to look at the recipes from Angel's friend?

I think the Chicken Cordon Bleu looks terrific. This would need to be made in a pan but we have the chicken, cream of chicken soup, Parmesan cheese, and bread crumbs.

Chicken Alfredo also looks like quite a treat. We have the chicken, broth, and soup.

Ziti bake uses beef if we would like a break from all chicken.

The chicken pot pie might be good. Could simplify by using pre made pie crusts.

What about the breakfast thing the Gine's girls did their first month?

I love Cheryl's meatloaf. Anyone interested in having it again?

I tried to put a survey with the options but I do not have the power to do that on this blog. So......Who wants what? Seriously ladies. I expect to see a dozen comments by Sunday!

I think everything in that post sounds yummy!! There is a lot of chicken, and i like variety in my cooking so i was thinking maybe we could make the burritos' again, or just something with some beef! We made the chicken cordon bleu's the first month, they were really hard to make, but a favorite by all!!

I voted. I think that cordon bleu is a no. We should try to make more than just chicken. I think fajitas and enchiladas sound yummy, and could be the beef option.

our first month we made a yummy thing called Beef and cheese quesadillas. They were quick and easy and I really liked them.

Also the marinated chicken skewers that started the whole thing are good.

Why didn't you like the chicken cordon bleu? Were they too hard or not good? I voted for them cuz I thought they sounded great

The chicken Cordon Bleu was really good Ang, But I guess it was really tough to make. My husband loved it and wanted more. I like the idea of making enchilada's and the breakfast thing was great I could make that again it was really easy!

Ya, hopefully Kelli has figured out the difference between cups and pints by now. I made the cordon Bleu and it was a royal pain. It's easier and just as cheap to by the pre-made ones at Costco or even Winegars. They have them for $1 a piece.

If we make meatballs, you just buy the already frozen ones from Costco. When we did it the first month, I just made Gammy's sweet and sour sauce recipe and we dumped them in a bag. Keith loved it, But Katie didn't. I really think she just cooked them wrong.

or that i just hate meatballs!

I personally vote 'NO' to the cordon bleu and the meatballs. We have had so many other things that are way better! The Costco cordon bleu is good, and lots easier to make!!!
