I second Meg's post. I put this in the crock pot at one and Britt ate it at 6 but when I got around to eating it was too late. I guess I'll have cookies for dinner again...haha
I didn't feel like it had very much sauce when I first put the chicken in . I don't know if it is supposed to but the sauce didn't even cover one of my chicken breasts.
I'm sorry for those of who didn't get to partake of this meal! It has been one of my favorites! More sauce would have been great. I left the chicken in the fridge for 24 hours then I cooked it in a 8X6 pan for 40-45 min and it turned out just delicious! I cut the big chunks of chicken into smaller strips.
We had this tonight for dinner and after reading all the comments, this is how I did it. First, I cut the chicken into about 1 inch squares. Then in an electric frying pan, I mixed up a full recipe of sauce. (Just looked at the recipe.) Then I cooked the chicken for about 15 minutes, then removed the cover to let the sauce thicken. Served it over rice. DELICIOUS!
Welcome to our new blog! This is designed to be a place where we can chat about the meals we make together. SO, leave comments about how you like them, how you cooked them if different than instructed, and what you added to make them extra yummy. Also, we can use it as a place to discuss future dates for meal production and the recipes we want to try.

Maybe, don't leave it in the crock pot for 11 hours.

yeah, i think you all ought to bake this one and not crock it - it's just not nearly enough sauce to crock...
So. if we do it again, double the sauce.
I hate when I only have enough sauce to cover one of my chicken breasts.
