big yay- after 2 rough nights (oriental and tater tot). everybody loved - i was in need of a win before ty nixed me from the group. I would enjoy these again. made exactly as directed. yum. we loved them so much we coulda used more....
As always, I really like these and it's easy to take the left overs for lunch the next day. I also like them because it's a quick meal even from frozen. Just defrost like you would hamburger.
